As a valued customer of Oscor, I appreciate the
trust you place in us, our products and services. That’s why I want to
personally update you on the situation with COVID-19 (the coronavirus) and the
steps we are taking to ensure continued product supply and services from our
company.
We have a companywide Business Continuity & Emergency Plan in place which we have continuously refined and improved over the years. Oscor is committed to protect our employees and the supply chain to our customers.
We communicated companywide guidelines and instructions to all of our employees to follow the Center of Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and installed additional purification stations at all critical entrance locations and throughout our facilities. We are in constant communication with our suppliers and are monitoring very closely any possible supply chain delays or interruptions. In addition we are reviewing all critical internal processes and developed a cross training program to make sure that any employee leave is mitigated with a backup resource.
We will keep you updated on any activities we are implementing and will let you know if we anticipate or encounter any risk to supply chain or services.
