About Oscor Oscor Inc. designs, develops, manufactures and markets a variety of highly specialized permanent and temporary pacing lead systems. The Company's pacing leads are used in connection with third party pacemakers. Implantable and temporary pacemakers systems are used to treat cardiac bradyarrhythmias (an adult heart rate below 60 beats per minute) and other coronary disorders. Oscor is also leveraging its proprietary lead technologies toward the development of new lead systems for a variety of cardiac and non-cardiac applications. Through a clear focus on product quality and innovation, Oscor has established a strong market position in the United States and internationally. Oscor sells its products in more than 25 countries outside the United States through a combination of direct sales efforts and unaffiliated distributors. Tribute I would like to use this opportunity to thank my father, Dr. Peter Osypka, who founded Oscor Inc. in 1982 in Palm Harbor, Florida. His hard work, visionary leadership, dedication and passion to develop the best in pacing leads and cardiac ablation made the success of Oscor possible. On behalf of all Oscor employees, I would like to thank him and show him our highest respect for his accomplishments and we all are looking forward to continuing working close with him and our friends at Dr.Osypka GmbH in Germany! I also would like to pay tribute to all Oscor employees for their superior performance and thank them for their dedication, teamwork, perseverance, and spirit.
