(1) One Adelante® vessel dilator/peel-away sheath with built-in luer lock
(1) One guidewire L: 50 cm OD: 0.035”, with a flexible straight & J tip and depth markings
(1) One 18 gauge needle with protector
(1) One 10 cc syringe
