Position: Clinical Sales Technician (RN)
Primary Objectives:
Promoting, selling and servicing Oscor’s medical device and components product lines within assigned territory to establish and gain market share with new and existing accounts. Registered Nurse degree or equivalent required.

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Oscor’s medical device products, components and services to existing and new customers.
  • Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of diverse Oscor products and OEM capabilities and support sales efforts of same.
  • Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.
  • Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example:  expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log).
  • Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
  • Cost-effectively manage time and assets.
  • Maintain adequate inventory (trunk stock) and assist in the reallocation and delivery of product.
  • Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs.
  • Train and educate both existing and competitive customers to gain incremental business.
  • Establish and Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines.
  • Advise customers on a continuing basis regarding performance of assigned products.
  • Provide 24-hour territory coverage (including holidays, weekends, evenings ).

Requirements
  • Must have Bachelors degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with cardiac anatomy and physiology.
  • Must understand and utilize Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Internet.
  • Fluent English (read and write).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Position: Senior Software Design Engineer
Position Description

Responsible for design and development of a User Interface Software to operate microprocessor controlled implantable medical devices. Ability to write detailed software specifications, test specifications and test reports in compliance with medical regulatory standards. Design and program user and communication interface in C++ / Assembler under Windows CE / Mobile operating system. Must be an effective communicator and develop healthy working relationships with other functional departments.

 

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of C++ and Assembler programming language. Experience with user interface programming in C++. Effective verbal and written communication skills . Technical report writing.

 

Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Additional embedded controller systems firmware design background.
